Three hours before every trip – we are confirming the latest on your flight information through three separate tracking platforms. Your chauffeur is confirmed and all details are reiterated to Fortis' local office.
Just prior to the chauffeur reaching his point of pickup, a Fortis dispatcher will phone him directly and confirm details of the trip. The chauffeur is given the little bits of information that make the passenger/situation familiar rather than just a transaction.
All chauffeurs spot at least fifteen minutes prior to the scheduled time. At Fortis, on time is too late. You receive an email with all the pertinent details in the subject line, letting you passively track the position of your vehicle in real time.
Fortis Riders sends a second email when we confirm with the chauffeur that the passenger has entered the vehicle. Your time-stamped email alerting you follows within minutes.
Fortis Riders provides pilots of private aircraft with an alert email that your car is en route back to the plane. This helps pilots do earlier pre-flight checks and passengers get in the air sooner.
