How the program works: For every dollar taken in rides for a calendar year, the client receives one Fortis Rider Mile. These rides can be used for any purpose anytime. Miles become available for use once the balance for each ride is paid to Fortis Riders. For example, "miles pending" stands for unpaid rides. This program can be a wonderful asset to your company and an incentive to take more rides. Simply state when you are requesting our services that you would like to use this ride on your Frequent Rider Miles Account. It's that easy! NEW! 1-7-04  As a special reward, we are rolling out a new Preferred Club program to reward our clients with the opportunity to earn even more Rider Miles.  Currently Rider Miles are earned at the rate of 1 mile per dollar spent with Fortis Riders.  The current program will remain in place, but higher volume users of our service can earn even more Miles through these Preferred Clubs:   Platinum Preferred Club: $10,000 in paid rides with Fortis Riders in year:   2 X Rider Miles Silver Preferred Club: $25,000 in paid rides with Fortis Riders in year:        3 X Rider Miles Gold Preferred Club: $50,000 in paid rides with Fortis Riders in year:         4 X Rider Miles Diamond Preferred Club: $100,000 in paid rides with Fortis Riders in year: 5 X Rider Miles   Your year begins with your sign-up date and renews annually.  Rider Miles and Preferred Club status do not carry-over from year to year.  Rider Miles Statements will be sent to active clients quarterly.  The maximum amount of Rider Miles you can apply during a month is $5,000.  If you should have any questions about this new program, call us anytime at 1-877-936-7847.
